Hello red.

redcouch

I have always wanted a red couch, and I was very happy for my friend when she got hers, but a bit envious as well. Now that I’m moving into my own space, I need a smaller couch and this is just perfect! It’s 80″ long and it will fit as the centre piece of the teeny-tiny living space. I also believe that it will fit into the room, and not need to be cut in half like was required of my last couch.

I was planning to spend the day at the apartment, cleaning and sorting and preparing to move some of my belongings. That didn’t happen. I spent the day instead with my aunt, uncle and cousin, and to be honest, that was more fun! I will go over tomorrow to clean the living room so that I can prepare to paint that space (living room and kitchen are joined, so the kitchen will need to be done also.) Maybe I will bring my camera and take some photos for this blog of mine? I have a feeling I will continue to document the renovation/decorating progress of my apartment as I go along, so please feel free to share any suggestions or comments you may have. I will be looking for extra inspiration here and there!

Why that is lovely! And it looks comfy too! I hope it fits in (without having to be cut in half) just fine. You know me, I always want to see photos so keep ‘em coming! :)

Forgot to tell you that I hid a pic of myself at the bottom of this post – don’t know how long it will be there but thought you’d get a kick out of it. I was feeling slightly brave again. http://www.vtroom.com/2009/01/01/four-things-meme-and-a-speedy-meme/

Ooo good luck with your renovations, I look forward to seeing photos! I can’t wait to have my own space that I can decorate!
