I love this afghan. I think I’d join the hexagons in a different colour, but I still love love love the way this looks! What colour would you join it in? Maybe aqua, or pink? I’ve seen a few in the Granny Along group, and they look neat. Or yellow? White is always spectacular too!
I’m using this pattern for one of my yule gifts. I’ve completed four hexagons in the last 1.5 hours. Here is another photo I’ve found that somewhat resembles what I’m making. Love the mustardy-yellow!

Off to document my progress on Ravelry. And then, back to yule gifts… because I need to get those done and then start on a custom scarf order from the art-show on Thursday. Yay!
Edit: I’m done the scarf now. Record timing! I get to scratch another thing off my Yule To-Do list!

That afghan reminds me of the ones my grandmother used to make. Somehow I know your color scheme will really update this classic afghan. Can’t wait to see it. hint, hint. ;)

Love the top one and probably wouldn’t change a thing about it, well done at crossing something else off the list!
