I have accomplished my required feat - also crossing off number #55 - finish Melissa’s Babette! I thought it might take me longer, but it only took an extra 20 days past her birthday. So Melissa, apologies, but now you get this rockin’ blanket! I really am quite pleased with how it turned out. My only foible is that the edge is currently wavy, but that may straighten itself out once it settles a bit - or does anyone have any suggestions?
As you can see from the first photo, the blanket is in shades of purple and green - Melissa’s choice. It reminds me of a mix of ninja turtles and jam - maybe not together though, that’d be icky.
Something odd I discovered today - Bonnindesigns has completed a Babette in almost the same shades! Check it out here! So are you ready for it? To see the finished product?
