A few posts ago I included a photo of my WIP: A many-flowered scarf. Well, a week later I finished it! If I had dedicated more time to it, it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did (which wasn’t all that long to begin with) but such is life, and I am now complete the wonder.
I didn’t use as many flowers as the creator did (she used 76, I used approx. 50), but it still turned out well for my first scarf. I sewed the flowers together using either the tails from each flower, or white yarn. I have since learned that white yarn stands out a LOT and it works better to use yarn of the same colour. I have ALSO learned that if I attach the flowers mid-crochet, there is no tieing involved, as they are naturally attached. This is what I will be doing with any new scarves that I make, and I do plan on making a few more. Now, here I am wearing my scarf:

**Exciting News!** As an advertiser in Adorn, I received a complimentary copy early! Let me tell you – you really want to read this magazine! But so as to not spoil anything before this issue is officially released, I will wait until November 7th (I believe that’s when the next issue is released) to post photos. (Hint: They’ve already been uploaded… I made the cover photo private, though). You should definately go buy a copy. Even the website makes me juicy!
