Persephone needs a soapbox. In response to that, this blog has been set up to showcase her new creations and talk about the business in general. And, it will all be run by me – Jen. Owner and brains behind Persephone’s Awakening.
I was browsing the ‘net the other day and came across a consignment shop that I had not heard of before. It’s called http://pinsandtomatoes.com/ and they have accepted Persephone’s Awakening as a contributor to their merchandise. I am extremely excited by this, and it makes selling purses easier! Selling them online is fine, but some people like to have pre-made purses, too.
Want to know what I’ve been up to lately? I was commissioned to make thirty purses for a Bridal Shower in June. They were given out as gifts for guests, and they went over very well! The Mother of the Bride wrapped them beautifully – you can see for yourself in the photograph below.

i just wanted to say, i love the idea of your custom bag company! i saw your blog link on craftster and wanted to come check it out. my only comment on your blog is you should make the link to your website more prominent because it is really worth seeing.
